Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or wrong color selection. Please review product details, sizing, and color options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or mislabeled, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at untzapparel@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage, defect, or labeling error

Once we review your request, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to determine whether your item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Return Instructions

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
